    Jzool-Agent is a service that purchases products from Japan on your behalf.

    How much will it cost?
    We charge the sum of the following:
    1. The price of the product plus other fees such as domestic shipping from the store to our warehouse.
    2. The international shipping fee from Japan to your home. (Varies depending on destination country and weight)
    3. Up to 20% of 1. (Mininum US$10 in case 1. is less than US$50)
    4. A credit card processing fee amounting to 4% of the total charge.
    But requesting a quote is always free!

    What are the steps involved in making a purchase
    1. Browse products you like on the Japanese Product Finder (This Site).
    2. Add products to your wishlist and request a quote.
      Quote Requests are free.
    3. We will send you an email with the calculated price.
      We usually reply to you with a quote withing one or two business days.
      Product prices may change depending on the latest sales price acquired from each online store as well as the exchange rate.
    4. Make your payment if you're satisfied with the price.
      If not you can cancel anytime!
    5. We purchase the product you specified on your behalf.
    6. The product arrives at our warehouse.
    7. We will ship it to you. All our deliveries will be insured.

    Are there any size/weight limitations?

    Yes. Even fairly large objects are shippable but the following limitations apply.

    Attribute Limitation
    Size Longest side of package must be 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) or less. The total length of three sides combined must be less than 2.75 meters (9 feet)
    Weight Total package weight must be less than 30kg (66lbs)

    Please note that our catalogue of latest Japanese products may include products which exceed the size or weight limit. If you request a quote for such an item we will have to cancel the request. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused in advance.

    About Import Duties, Customs and Taxes

    Items that are shipped to countries outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
    The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees when the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
    We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so it is best to contact your local customs office or consult their website if you require more information.

    Can we cancel?
    You can cancel a Quote Request at any time. Once you decide to get the items and we proceed to purchase the products on your behalf the status on the order will change to Confirmed (Preparing for Shipment). Once the status progresses to this stage you can not cancel an order.

    Can we return or exchange an item?
    Because Jzool-Agent does not sell any of the items itself, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

    However, in some rare cases the original seller may accept a return or exchange. In such cases Jzool-Agent can facilitate the process by arranging to forward the returned item to the seller on your behalf.

    What if an item is damaged during shipment?
